REFUNDS & RETURNS
At Country Woolens, we understand that your purchase may not always be a perfect fit. We’ll accept unworn merchandise with original tags purchased from County Woolens store or website for return or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY:
Within 14 days with an original receipt, the credit card you used will be refunded the original amount paid. If you paid via cash or check and the total was under $100, cash will be refunded. If you paid via cash or check and the total was over $100, your information will be taken and a check will be mailed to you.
After 14 days or without an original receipt, a store credit will be issued for the last known price of the item (sale prices may apply). Store credit is kept on file with our computer system and does not expire.
Please note: If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued. Gift cards do not expire.
Please note: ALL ITEMS SOLD AT A DISCOUNT OR ON SALE ARE RETURNABLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
IN STORE EXCHANGE POLICY:
Within 14 days with an original receipt, you may exchange your merchandise for 100% of the original purchase price. After 14 days or without a receipt, the exchange value will be the last known price of the item (sale prices may apply).
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Return to us via mail your unworn merchandise with original tags within 14 days and we will credit your original form of payment upon receipt. (Customer pays return shipping).
Items purchased online are usually processed within a week. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed and finalized.
ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you ordered the wrong size or color and you want the same item in a different size or color, we’ll ship out the new item to you, provided we have it in stock, once we receive the unworn or defective merchandise with original tags from you. If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, you may ship it back to us and we’ll either credit the difference to you, or charge you for the difference if the new item is more. In the case of a credit back to you we can process it back to your original form of payment.
